On October 20, 2006 The City of Frederick celebrated the Carroll Creek Park Grand Opening. Below you will find two videos. The videos include a walk down Carroll Creek starting at Baker Park and ending up at the Carroll Creek Amphitheatre. The videos also include interviews with several elected officials and other interested parties. I think we can all agree that Morgan-Keller, Inc. did a great job with this project.
