After visiting the Frederick Festival of the Arts on Carroll Creek from 10am - 7pm, explore the rest of downtown and enjoy I ART Downtown Painters creating scenes LIVE on the streets of downtown from 3 - 7pm. The finished works of art will move to the Cultural Arts Center, 15 N Market Street, for a exhibit/sale from 8 - 9pm that evening. Also, enjoy interactive public art projects, help contruct or deconstruct a piece of artwork from 5 - 9pm. This full day of arts also includes live entertainment and more.
