Maranatha Community Church of Go is hosting their 2nd annaul fall festival. This is a clean family fun event for everyone. There will be over 30 games, inflatables, decorated cars and more candy than you can hold. Come out and have a great time! The event begins at 6:30pm and is over at 9pm. This is a same healthy altnerative to the Halloween night.

Description: Tuesdays at 6:30pm Keith Barney will teach a 30 minute 'basics' lesson followed by 30 minutes of 'beyond basics' class and then a DJ dance until 9. The music played will be Pop and R&B.
No partner required. We will have color coded name tags for singles. Meet new friends while getting exercise and learning a new skill.
Our goal is to prepare beginners with the skills to be able to dance to slow, medium, and fast music and provide more experienced dancers with a consistent venue in downtown Frederick.
Smooth Swing is a modern dance that ranges from smooth and sultry to dynamic and exciting depending on the tempo of the music. It incorporates movements from other dances such as Latin, Jazz, Lindy Hop, Jive, and Balboa.
There is a $7.00 admission fee. A full dinner menu as well as a kids menu are available. There are TVs for your well-behaved kids and you will be able to see them from the dance floor.
Cafe 611 is located conveniently to Hood College and has ample street parking.

Handmade Glass Beads—Make Your Own
Learn the basics of glass bead making using a hothead and map gas to create your very own glass beads. By the end of the class you’ll have learned how to use glass rods and a torch, and will have created about 10 finished handmade beads. Maximum enrollment is 8 students. Wear closed-toe shoes and cotton or natural fiber clothing. No polar fleece or synthetic clothes.
