You would probably like to know that I will be a first-time HOME OWNER at the end of this month! :)  My brother and I went in on a house together in Monkton, MD, and the settlement date is March 28th.  I also broke up with my girlfriend of three years and am currently seeing someone new.  There's lots of stuff going on over here and I just thought a couple of you would like to know! :)

Well, it was one of those situations where it was really a long time coming.  Certain things just ate away at me for a while and I knew she wasn't the person I wanted to be with for the rest of my life.  Most importantly, we just weren't right for each other, and she now knows that, too.  There's a really long story behind the whole thing and how I ended up with the girl I'm with now, but I don't want to share it with all of Frederick! :-p

Wow! That is great news - congratulations on the house. It looks like you guys will be able to be friends or freindly and that's always nice. I haven't been around lately either. Where is Monkton? *goes to google map*

Monkton is around the Jarrettsville/Madonna area.  It's really nice out here...I live about a mile from the Ladew Topiary Gardens!
