Event Details Introduction to Ballroom Dancing Date: 12/10/2008 Time: 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm Location: Ballroom Dance in Frederick (View Map) Description: REC500 Introduction to Ballroom Dancing In this 8-week course you'll learn the Waltz, Fox Trot, Swing, Cha Cha, Rumba, and Tango while gaining an understanding of the history of these dances and the rhythms that inspired them. Benefit from body awareness, exercise for the mind and body, as well as having fun and learning a lifelong skill.
