Event Details Silent Vigil Date: 8/20/2008 Time: 6:30 am to 7:00 am Location: Intersection of Patrick and Market Streets, Frederick, Maryland (View Map) Description: Monthly silent peace vigil sponsored by Women In Black Frederick mourning all violence. The public is invited to attend. Please wear black, if possible. Signs provided. Join us for dinner and socializing at The Orchard Restaurant after the vigil for those able to stay on. We meet the third Wednesday of every month, same time and location.
