Don Frost has 18 years of professional teaching experience. He grew up in Frederick, Maryland where he played 4 years of varsity golf at Frederick High School and competed in the state tournament for 3 years. After qualifying for the nationals for two years while playing at Frederick Community College, Don continued on with college play at the University of North Carolina.

After college, Don turned professional and played on the professional golf circuit for 3 years. He accepted a professional job at the Country Club of Florida during the winter and Blowing Rock Country Club during the summer, before accepting his current position of director of golf at Clustered Spires in Frederick, Maryland.

During the last 20 years, Don has worked closely with such illustrious golf instructors as Mr. Bob Toski, Chuck Cook, Rob Akins, and many others. Don has been able to take his instruction to the PGA Tour, working with such touring professionals as Larry Mize (Masters winner), Donne Hammond (2 time tour winner), Fred Gibson (Sr. Tour Championship Winner), Birdie Kim (Ladies U.S. Open winner), as well as major championship amateur winners. Don’s current local success has been his ability to produce young talent to earn golf scholarships.

Mr. Frost combines proven fundamentals with high speed video, on course playing and personal experience with mental training for tournaments to greatly improve his students.
